I teach in several places. Will it work?
Yes, STUDIOVA was built with exactly this in mind. It does not tie you to one address. Each class gets its own location (venue name + address). The confirmation email tells the client exactly where to go, so nobody has to call and ask.
How fast can I start?
A few minutes from clicking "Pick a plan" to having a link ready to send clients. You fill in the form (name, studio name, subdomain), pay via Stripe, get your login by email. The studio activates automatically.
Do my clients have to create an account?
No. A client can book from your public page with just a name and email. They only need an account if they want to see their history, passes and notifications.
What about online payments?
Via Przelewy24: BLIK, card, transfer. Money goes straight to your bank account and I take no commission on client payments. Passes and punches decrement automatically. Finance report is ready in the admin panel.
Can I cancel?
Yes. There is no long contract and no notice period. Cancel the subscription and export your client, booking and finance data. It's your database, not ours.
What is AI Coach?
An optional assistant in the client panel. It can answer repeat questions about classes, preparation, technique or studio rules, within guidelines you set. It doesn't diagnose and doesn't replace the instructor. It simply takes some of the small daily questions off your plate.
I have multiple instructors. Can I split scheduling and payouts?
Yes. Multiple instructors are supported in every plan, starting with Basic. Each one has their own colour, rate and schedule. The system catches clashing times, and at the end of the month you export payouts to CSV.
What about security and my data?
Data is stored in an EU database and kept separate for each studio. You can protect the admin account with a code from an authenticator app, and important changes go into an audit log. You can export your database at any time.
