Common questions from yoga instructors
Can I run classes in different locations through one schedule?
Yes — that's the core feature. Every class has its own location (name + address). Students see exactly where to come in their confirmation email. The calendar shows all locations at once, so you don't need three parallel schedules.
What about multi-day retreats?
You create the retreat as a single event with duration, price, and seat limit. Students book, pay online, get confirmation with location. Multi-day events are handled as a series (one booking = entire retreat).
Do students have to create an account?
No. They book from your studio's public page using just name + email. They can create an account later if they want history and pass tracking — and they'll already be on your client list with all their booking history.
Does STUDIOVA support unlimited monthly passes?
Yes — via class passes. Set a "30-day pass: unlimited" and the student can book as often as they want during that period. You can also cap visit count (e.g. "8 visits per 30 days") with automatic deduction.
Is my data safe — addresses, phone numbers?
Yes. PostgreSQL database in EU (Supabase) with per-studio row-level isolation. 2FA TOTP optional for your admin account. Every change logged in audit log. Students can export their data as CSV (GDPR compliance).
