If something is missing — write to me. I reply personally, usually same day.
I teach in several places. Will it work?
Yes — it is literally built for you. STUDIOVA does not tie you to one address. Each class gets its own location (venue name + address). In the confirmation email, the client sees exactly where to go. No calls, no questions.
How fast can I start?
About 3 minutes from clicking "Pick a plan" to having a link ready to send clients. You fill in the form (name, studio name, subdomain), pay via Stripe, get your login by email. The studio activates automatically.
Do my clients have to create an account?
No. A client books from your public studio page with just their name and email — no registration. If they want history, passes and push notifications, they can create an account. Their choice, not your problem.
What about online payments?
Via Przelewy24: BLIK, card, transfer. Money goes directly to your bank account, I take no commission from client transactions. Passes and punches decrement automatically. Finance report is ready in the admin panel.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, no questions asked. No fixed-term contract or notice period — cancel the subscription in Stripe and I export all your data as CSV. Your client, booking and finance data always stays yours.
What is the "smart assistant"? What does it actually do?
There is a chat widget in the client panel — they can ask about technique, injuries, class details. Answers are generated using guardrails you configure in the admin panel (e.g. "always recommend stretching after training, never diagnose"). It does not replace you — it handles the repeat questions that today flood your DMs. Optional, can be disabled with one click.
I have multiple instructors. Can I split scheduling and payouts?
Yes — multi-staff is included on the Standard plan. Each instructor has a color in the schedule, their own per-class rate (or percentage of the price). The system automatically rejects overlapping bookings ("instructor busy"). Each month you get a CSV payroll file: who taught, how many classes, total payout. No more spreadsheets.
What about security and my data?
Data lives in an EU database, isolated per studio — only you can see your clients. Admin accounts can be locked down with a 6-digit code from your phone (same approach banks use). Every change is logged. Image uploads are verified at upload. You can export the full database and walk away anytime — your data is always yours.
