Does STUDIOVA support different class types with different capacities?
Yes — every class type has its own capacity. Reformer Mokotow: 4. Mat downtown: 12. Outdoor park: 20. System enforces each independently. Anyone trying to book a full class lands on the waitlist automatically.
And postnatal 1:1? Different mode?
Yes, 1:1 appointments mode is separate. You define availability (e.g. Tuesdays 10-2pm) and service types (e.g. "Pilates rehab 50 min — €60"). Client books a specific slot. You can run both group and 1:1 from one account — switch mode in settings.
Does STUDIOVA issue receipts / invoices?
STUDIOVA doesn't directly, but you export a financial report CSV (revenue, client, date, amount) for your accountant. Online payments go through Przelewy24 (PL) or Stripe — the operator can issue fiscal receipts on your behalf if you have register integration.
I have two instructors. Each has their own per-class rate. Possible?
Yes, Plus plan has multi-staff. Each instructor has their own calendar color, per-class rate, profile. End of month you generate a CSV payroll — system counts how many classes each one taught.
What about clients with injuries — do they only see classes safe for them?
You can tag classes (e.g. "post-rehab", "advanced", "beginner"). Clients see all but you can add participation conditions in class description. AI Coach feature (Plus plan) can answer client questions about contraindications based on your guidelines.
